If you are a Windows 2000 or XP user and your PC is setup with the same user name and password as your E-mail account, you will not be prompted with a user name and password when you launch Outlook. This will also correct the issue of Outlook timing out after 15 minutes. If your PC is not configured for this, please contact your system administrator.
